Refunds
We want you (and your pup) to be happy. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 14 days of delivery at woof@allgoodpups.com and we’ll make it right.
Because our products are considered personal-care items, we’re unable to accept opened or used products for return.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we receive your return.
