Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to ship quickly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY via USPS. We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order leaves our facility.

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

All Good Pups can’t guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been handed off to the carrier,  but if something seems off, contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. If it still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, email woof@allgoodpups.com and we’ll help file a claim or replacement request.

Shipping Restrictions

Because our products are liquid and temperature-sensitive, we currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
